What To Expect

At Oopsie scoops, we take pride in being clean, quick, and respectful. We treat your yard as if it's our own. These are the steps we take to make sure you have the best and safest service.

We will send a reminder the day before and day of your appt.

Customers are not required to be home during time of service.
We only ask for easy access to the cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard.
After the scoop, we will make sure the yard is secured.

We will also spray down all of our scooping equipment with an organic kennel grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of illness.
On the day of your scoop, one or both of our technicians will arrive.
We walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any pet waste and will always walk your yard multiple times to ensure everything is as clean as possible.
After all the safety measures have been completed your Scoop Technician will load up all of the bags of pet waste and place them in your trash can. We always bag the waste before putting in cans.
